Artist Meet & Greet: Life Through a Lens Photography Exhibition
Artist Meet & Greet: Saturday, November 22 at 10 AM
The Nature Center Gallery welcomes back Beaver Lake alum, Ed Zellar, for another photography exhibition throughout the month of November. Edward Zellar is a photographer and student at SUNY ESF whose world is framed by the viewfinder. When he’s not immersed in his studies, he’s out chasing light and moments—capturing everything from a solitary clover nestled in a lawn to the sweeping flight of a Bald Eagle over a wetland. If Ed’s nearby, you can bet there’s a camera in hand—and likely a dozen shots already taken.
“Life Through a Lens” marks another chapter in his evolving gallery work. Like his previous exhibitions, it centers on curated photo sets, but this time the journey isn’t seasonal—it’s compositional. Each image is a story, each frame a sentence in nature’s ongoing narrative. Ed doesn’t claim to write the tale—he just tries to catch it in motion.
View the exhibition in the Gallery throughout the month of November or visit the artist during a Meet & Greet. Entrance to the exhibition is free with park admission.
