Binocular Basics for Kids
In this workshop, a naturalist will go over the basics of using binoculars step by step with your child. There will be hands-on demonstrations, an outdoor activity, and a short, guided hike looking for objects in the distance. We will be using real binoculars to practice at the nature center, and then everyone will get to decorate their own take-home craft binoculars!
Program is geared towards children ages 5-10 years, accompanied by an adult.
