Hatha Yoga
Tuesdays, January 6 - February 3
A complete body/mind/spirit experience! Each class will begin with centering allowing you to turn inward and focus on the experience of the body and breath. Gentle warm-up stretches follow and move into a variety of hatha yoga postures. Postures and holding times will be tailored according to the experience level of the class. Class will be held indoors; bring a mat.
