Homeschool Days: A Spring Flower Experience
Come and see the springtime flowers - while they’re still around! Known as ‘spring ephemerals’, these delicate beauties take advantage of the sunlight on the forest floor before trees fill their canopies with leaves. Join a naturalist for a hike through the woods, keeping an eye out for these rarities, followed by a game or activity.
Our homeschool learning programs at Beaver Lake Nature Center are designed to supplement science and natural history homeschool education through fun and interactive project-based experiences.
This program is intended for ages 7 through 12.
