Homeschool Days: Mole Walk
Most humans rely heavily on sight to know what is happening around them, but what are other ways we can use our senses to explore the forest? Learn about how moles use their senses to navigate the world, then experience a guided “mole” walk where you will close your eyes and get in touch with sounds and smells of the forest.
Our homeschool learning programs at Beaver Lake Nature Center are designed to supplement science and natural history homeschool education through fun and interactive project-based experiences.
This program is intended for elementary school aged students.
Registration: $6/Child-Member; $7/Child-Nonmember
