T’ai Chi Chih is a series of gentle, easy-to-learn movements introduced by Justin Stone in 1974, after studying with various masters in Japan, China, and India. Chi is the vital force, the intrinsic energy that flows through the body’s energy channels. Join us to improve your health and inner calm by circulating and balancing the chi! Certified T’ai Chi Chih instructor, Jim Campbell, teaches the class.
