Walking & Yoga
Tuesdays, April 22 through May 20 | 10 AM - 11:15 AM
Seek complete wellness and get started on a path to a healthy lifestyle for body, mind, and spirit! Certified yoga instructor, Sybil Gouchie, will introduce you to five walks each with a different focus. Class begins with 30 minutes of walking and wraps up with 45 minutes of yoga poses indoors. The class will walk rain or shine; dress in layers for weather conditions and bring a mat.
